Refunds will only be issued on cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the start of the program.

Cancellation Policy
1. Program registration cancellation must be made AT LEAST 48 prior to the scheduled activity in order to receive a full refund
2. No refunds are issued on cancellation made within 48 hours of the start of the program.
4. No shows or failure to notify RMA within 24hours is considered a forfeited program registration, and therefore no refund will be issued

2. For online payment, we accept Visa & M/C. We also accept cash or cheque payment. Cheques should be made payable to Rocky Mountain Adaptive Sports Centre. Cash or cheques may be handed to us on the day of the first lesson/experience. Cheques may be sent to 2-201 Carey, Canmore, AB, T1W 2R7
