PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

Camp Regesh accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express!

  • Bonus Pre-registration Special: Early Bird and Lunch Bonus—Payment in full prior to November 4, 2017.
  • Early Bird applications must be received prior to January 10, 2018, a non-refundable deposit of $400.00/child and 2 checks or credit card authorizations each for half of the balance due dated March 1, 2017 and May 1, 2018.
  • Full Registrations must include a non-refundable deposit of $400.00/child plus checks or credit authorizations for payment in full prior to May1, 2018.
  • Changes in Schedule of Registered Weeks after April 15, 2018, if available, will incur a $25.00 change fee.
  • The First Extension after April 15 will be adjusted to the above discounted multi-week rate. Additional extensions will be charged the published rate for the number of weeks added to the camper’s schedule.
  • All funds minus deposit ($400) are refundable until April 1, 2018. Cancellations after April 1, 2018 and before June 1st are subject to a 50% refund rate.  All refunds are payable after October 25, 2018.  Cancellations or week reductions after June 1 are non-refundable.  This registration form is a binding and legal contract.  All legal expenses associated with collection of contracted fees will be the responsibility of the signatory above.
     Return check fee is $25.  Declined Credit Card Processing fee $10.
  • Camp Registrations/weeks are not transferable to other families or other children.  Credit will not be issued for days missed or days closed regardless of circumstances.
  • Camp Registration weeks are Monday - Friday (exceptions for weeks that might contain July 4 and/or Tisha B'Av).
